Complaints

If parents have any complaints regarding any matter they should firstly communicate this complaint to the class teacher. If the matter remains unresolved, then the complaint should be put in writing to the Principal. If the problem is still not resolved, parents should write to the Complaints Committee of the Governing body or to the
Chair of Governors (care of the School), then to Helen Rowland (CEO) at Focus Academy Trust.
