I am delighted you have decided to consider our academy for your child’s education, This website is intended to provide you with some basic information about our school.

Boothroyd Primary Academy is a three-form entry school which delivers a high standard of education for pupils aged 3-11.  We have a dedicated teacher-led nursery which vastly supports getting children ‘school ready’ before joining Reception.

We also provide support to parents in the form of early education experiences prior to their child starting Nursery eg Toddler stay and play, baby yoga and baby weigh-in.

Our slogan is 'Where We Can All Shine Brightly'. Staff not only work hard to educate children they also care about their welfare too. We concentrate heavily on relationships as we know this is the key to success when it comes to inclusion.

We really value the partnership between home and school and our close ties to the local community are obvious. We offer support to our families in the form of a weekly Food Bank and we also provide many opportunities for parents to come into school to address any concerns that they may have.

Part of Focus Trust (Multi Academy Trust), we wholeheartedly support and contribute to its vision “Learning Together, Making the Difference”. We never rest on our laurels, and find new ways to improve our curriculum offer for children
